Payments & Cancellations

Deposits

All initial appointments at BodyLux will require an $85 deposit to reserve your chosen time. Selected treatments may require larger deposits due to time required. Your $85 will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve a time for you without this deposit.

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with us, we reserve this time especially for you. In return, BodyLux requires at least 48 hours notice to be given for any appointment date change or cancellation:

• If you change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment date, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost
• In the case of pre-paid treatments and packages, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited

Prepaid Treatments

If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics.

Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatments).

48 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
